As a broad-based general ophthalmologist, my interests include cataract surgery, toric lenses for correcting astigmatism, treatment for macular degeneration and care for other diseases of the eye and eye trauma. I chose ophthalmology because I thought it would be an interesting and rewarding way to positively affect a person’s life in a short matter of time. Preserving and restoring vision and having happy patients has been and continues to be incredibly gratifying and fulfilling. I enjoy developing great rapport with my patients and providing the best care possible. My goal is to work collaboratively with my patients, providing them with individualized care and treatment plans. I listen and focus on addressing their concerns, and what’s best for them is what guides their care. I enjoy living in this beautiful area, and, outside the office, I enjoy boating, fishing and spending time around the firepit with my wife and sons.
