Jennifer Forsyth, DO

Joined Winona Health in 2015
I love to build relationships and trust with my patients. That foundation helps me provide education and encouragement to empower them to live their best life and meet their goals. As a board-certified geriatrician, caring for older adults is my passion. I provide care wherever my patients are located, whether that’s an assisted living, memory care or long-term care residence or in the clinic. I strive to understand each person’s goals and desires, knowing that medicine is a shared process between patient and doctor. I am also the associate medical director for Winona Health hospice, assisting patients and their families in navigating the final stages of life. In my free time, I enjoy gardening and watching my children play hockey.
