As a mental health therapist, my goal is to help you and your family through whatever challenges you are struggling with, whether it is anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, substance use, relationship concerns or general life transitions. I genuinely care about the circumstances that may have brought you to therapy and will work to help you through the process of making life a little easier. I will do my very best to be inclusive and appreciative of your unique perspective and background. In addition to providing mental health care at Winona Health, I teach at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in their Masters of Social Work program. In my free time, I enjoy watching crime-show documentaries and playing with Ollie, my rescue Schneagle — that’s a Miniature Schnauzer, Beagle mix!
