Stronger Together: Confidential mental-health support for First Responders

You run toward danger. We’ve got your back.

Every call your crew answers carries the weight of someone’s worst day. That weight can be heavy. Our Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC) Program gives your team access to trauma informed counseling, crisis debriefing and wellness training tailored specifically for first responders, including law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), paramedics, and dispatchers, who are routinely exposed to traumatic events, high-stress situations, and life-threatening circumstances and delivered by clinicians who understand your world.

Why This Program Matters

  • 80% of first responders experience traumatic events on the job.
  • Stigma, cost and scheduling hurdles keep many from seeking help.
  • Early, confidential counseling cuts burnout, improves job satisfaction and contributes to a more resilient workforce (well-being).

What We Offer

Service How It Helps
One-on-One Counseling (in person or secure telehealth) Talk privately with a CFRC-certified therapist experienced in trauma care.

How It Works

  • Referrals come through employers (e.g., police, fire, ambulance services) via phone.
  • Sessions are available in person or virtually, depending on what works best.
  • A tailored plan is developed, such as follow-ups, workshops or crisis debriefs, based on the needs of the individual or team.

Expertise You Can Trust

Our counselors hold the CFRC certification, a 50 hour curriculum, equipping them with the tools and cultural competence needed to support first responders effectively plus field ride along that ensures trauma informed care. Access to a vast network of resources and ongoing education will keep them current on responder needs and challenges.
