Health Records on iPhone now available to Winona Health patients
January 21, 2019

Now, patients can have medical information from all Winona Health facilities and other participating organizations aggregated into one view, including allergies, conditions, immunizations, lab results, medications, procedures and vitals. After setting up their account, patients will receive notifications when new health records are downloaded. Health Records data is encrypted and protected with the user’s iPhone passcode, Touch ID or Face ID. To sign in to My Winona Health on Health Records, open the Health app on your iPhone, tap Health Data, Health Records, Get Started, and when the search screen comes up, enter Winona Health and sign in with your My Winona Health username and password. For those who do not yet have a My Winona Health account, there are three options for new users to set up their account: Option 1: Self-enroll (easiest/preferred) Patients must be 18 or older to self-enroll. Visit winonahealth.org/mywh and follow the simple prompts. Either an account number from a recent bill/statement or an email address on record at Winona Health may be used to begin setting up a secure account. Option 2: Speak with someone at a Winona Health registration desk You will be asked to verify your personal information, provide an email address and choose a personal identification number (PIN). Option 3: Set up a new My Winona Health account by phone If you are unable to self-enroll or would like to enroll your children, visit a registration desk or call 507.474.5678 during clinic hours, or call toll-free, 1.866.708.0820, Monday – Sunday 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. You will need an email address to sign up.
