I’m so thankful for the wonderful care… I have been to Winona Health three times recently and each time it was excellent. When I came in for a COVID-19 test because I had symptoms, Tweety was my nurse. She was so calm, patient and gentle. I had received negative results, and went back the next week to see if I had strep throat. This time, Dr. Lossen saw me, and she was so kind, sweet and patient with me. She reassured me to take care of myself and come back if I continued to feel unwell. And when I had my yearly checkup with Kara Reller, she spoke to me like a friend, was supportive and inquisitive. She didn’t rush me or act as though I was only there on business. I’m so thankful for the wonderful care I receive at Winona Health. — Jessi
