It always feels good to feel appreciated and to know we’re making a difference to each of our patients. I have to share one gentleman’s recent conversation with me after he was an inpatient at Winona Health. He was super appreciative and said his care, from everyone from the doctors to the aides and housekeeping staff were wonderful. He said he even loved the food. He couldn’t stop complimenting the care he received, and he said people who don’t come to Winona Health, “Don’t know what they’re missing!” So — a special shout out to my Winona Health coworkers over in Med/Surg/Peds.
