The MnDOT crew plans to have N. Parks Ave. (Frontenac Dr.), back OPEN by the end of the day, Friday July 7. Beginning Monday, July 11: They’ll close S. Parks Ave. (Bruski Dr.) west of Mankato Ave. to the Dairy Queen entrance. That road will be closed for the entire week of July 11 for watermain construction at the intersection. Riverbend Road and N. Parks Ave. (Frontenac Dr) will remain open to the west from Mankato Ave during that time. And as always, you can access Winona Health from S. Parks Ave. off Hwy 61 near the Winona Family Y.
