As a registered dietitian, Elizabeth works with patients in both the hospital and clinic. She enjoys helping people understand how food affects their health and how they feel. That might mean helping them manage health conditions through nutrition – or helping individuals to incorporate more health-promoting eating behaviors into their lives to improve their overall well-being.
Elizabeth believes it’s important to not make assumptions about anyone, so her goal is to get to know each person she sees so she can understand their personal challenges and goals. In her free time, she enjoys thrifting, trying new restaurants, playing video games, and hanging out with her husband and their cats. She said that having lived in Louisiana their whole lives, they were looking for something different – and Winona has provided just that! They’re looking forward to exploring and visiting local restaurants, wineries, and orchards. They are also looking forward to experiencing a proper winter!
