June 3, 2025

We’re excited to share that our caregivers have been recognized by the Minnesota Hospital Association for their leadership, innovation, and commitment to our community.

Courtney Wieser received the Pipelines and Partnerships Award for her work leading our Learning and Development team and advancing health education, including the implementation of CPR training that better reflects the needs of all patients.

Amanda Rodriguez earned the Community Health Worker Award for her trusted role connecting individuals and families to care, helping break down barriers and improve health across Winona County.

Liz Rumpca was honored with the Pharmacy Excellence Award for her efforts to bring pharmacy expertise into the Emergency Department and lead initiatives that improve patient care.

These awards highlight just a few of the ways our caregivers go above and beyond. Congratulations to Courtney, Amanda, and Liz — and thank you for making a difference every day.
