My passion for optometry began on eye mission trips I attended with my father, who is also an optometrist. There is truly something special about the gift of sight, and I take pride in working with individuals to determine how to best meet their visual goals. I received my Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2016. I provide comprehensive eye exams in addition to the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease. I thoroughly enjoy working with patients of all ages and the lasting relationships that are possible as a provider in a smaller community clinic. I have a special interest in pediatric optometry that I discovered while at a rotation with Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. You can rely on me to provide a very thorough exam, and I can assure you will feel comfortable during our visit. I love to spend my free time with my two young boys and enjoy all aspects of the outdoors, including: hiking, hunting, fishing and much more. Fitness and sports are also a favorite pastime of mine.
